Project Description:
This project consists of construction of concrete box culverts and the relocation of water and sanitary sewer lines at Swanson Avenue and the Pima Wash, including but not limited to furnishings and installation of manholes, sewer, sewer laterals, roadway and sidewalk improvements, ADA, fencing, retaining walls, and stream bank protection.

Bid Requirements:
10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond; Plan Deposit: $25.00**; refundable upon return of documents in good condition within 14 days of bid opening; **Plan Deposit and Refund Policy for electronic copies of documents purchased through Lake Havasu City**

The Owner may consider informal any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any Bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
